Refund and Returns Policy 

Refund policy:

We believe in our products 100%. We are trying our best every day to make you happy and a put a smile on your face using our service but we understand that our IPTV subscription plans can’t work perfectly for everyone all time. If you are not happy with your purchase or you have an issue that we are unable to solve which make the system unusable, we are more than happy to provide a refund.

At UtraIPTV Pro, we strive to provide the best possible streaming experience for our customers. However, we understand that sometimes a refund may be necessary. Please note that our refund policy is as follows:

Trials: No Refunds

We do not accept refunds for trial subscriptions. Trials are designed to give you a taste of our service and allow you to experience the quality of our content. If you’re not satisfied with your trial, we encourage you to upgrade to a paid subscription.

1-Month Subscriptions: Limited Refund Window

For 1-month subscriptions, we accept refunds only within 24 hours of purchase. If you request a refund after 24 hours, we will not be able to process it.

3-Month, 6-Month, 12-Month, and 24-Month Subscriptions: Partial Refund Policy

For longer-term subscriptions (3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and 24 months), we accept refunds directly. However, we will deduct the used period from the total price of the subscription.

Example:

  • If you have a 6-month subscription and request a refund after using our service for 2 months (between 24 hours and 2 month), we will deduct the price of 2 month from the total price of the subscription.
  • If you have a 12-month subscription and request a refund after using our service for 5 months, we will deduct the price of 6 months from the total price of the subscription.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@utraiptv.com with the following information:

  • Your subscription ID
  • The reason for your request
  • A clear description of the issue or problem you’re experiencing

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours. If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.

Note:

  • Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original payment.
  • Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
  • We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without notice.
